About me	Helping DC Creators grow will ALWAYS be my passion. 🙂 VENTURES: In 1999 I founded a graphic and web design business called Heavy Designs (http://www.heavydesigns.com) to combine my passion for creative design and fine arts with the ever growing online and digital media worlds. In 2014 Co-Funder Jorge and I started a local community called DC Creators after 2 inspiring trips to Burning Man (http://www.dccreators.com). In 2019 my best friend (Jorge) & DC Creators Co-Founder, Jorge (RIP)* passed away unexpectedly. I stopped to mourn, and collect myself again.* *In 2021 the DC Creators team and I built this network in Jorge’s Memory – for local creators to connect, share and strive together.
